AW/NBR: We bought a house!

It happened kind of fast... but our realtor is also our friend so he steered in exactly the right direction and we checked out four houses in the same neighborhood. We ended up falling in love with one! We close on the 26th. I'm so excited! It's kind of poopy that I can't be very efficient in the moving process but oh well. It will be sooo nice to stop renting!

Congratulations!! That just means hopefully some friends or family can come help and get involved since you can't do the heavy lifting

Just make sure to bribe them with baked goods.

Hehe, I know! I will definitely have to provide refreshments and snacks while the guys are working hard! Matt knows of a few guy friends that could help out... I'm sure he'll provide beer, too, lol. Unfortunately, we have no family here but we should manage with who we have just fine!
