Help with Clomid Cycle

I am currently on my third round of Clomid and with the first 2 I did not O -- so it was a big bust! But my question is with this cycle I am having horrible cramps -- it is as bad as when I had a cyst rupture a couple years ago.  So what Im wondering is, should I be having cramps this bad.....Im CD 16 and we are doing the BD Smile I just feel like I call my OB all the time, so I was hoping to get some input here first. Thanks Ladies!

    Call your OB.

    You should be monitored on Clomid to avoid this issue.

    It very well may be a cyst. Are you being monitored with u/s at all to see if you are developing cysts with the use of clomid?
    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
    After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!

    Call your dr.  I did two rounds of Clomid with only the 7 dpo test.  And completely regret it.  I did not ovulate either time.  I am now with a new dr, since the first dr dropped me for not being an easy fix.  The new dr is monitoring me to make sure that all is well, and I would not have it any other way.

    I have not been monitored with any of the cycles....I really need to find an RE to change to but we live in a small town and Im going to have to travel close to 3 hours to the nearest one, so my regular OBGYN has been doing the clomid cycles to see if I could get pregnant without the travel.

    Well I was checked after the first two cycles with B/W and an internal exam and then started on Provera to start my period both times......Im just ready to have some answers.....

    if you don't know when you O'd then you can't really know with b/w if you really O'd or not.... you should look around and see if you can find an ob/gyn who will monitor you.  i am still with an ob/gyn and not an RE and i am fully monitored.  no way to know if you have cysts, if you need to increase your dose, etc. w/o monitoring!
