Baby shower guest list...

Will your MIL/Moms friends be invited to your baby shower? or will it just be your friends?

    My invite list includes my mom's and mine mutual friends (i.e. neighbors growing up) and my friends.  As far as I know MIL will be invited to the same shower and it will just the in-law family unless she says something different.

    One of my mom's close friend has actually offered to throw me a shower, so for that one i probably will invite my mom's side of the family & her close friends, but i think it just depends on how close YOU are with your mom's friends.  I am very close with them and they are like family.  Plus all of their daughters invited my mom to their baby showers so it won't be anything out of the ordinary for us.

    family and friends all of my moms friends are people I have grown up with. Dont' have a MIL so only my SIL will be coming and maybe a few other family members from my DH's family

    I honestly don't know. When I asked my sister she told me to keep my nose out of it she had everything under control. She's a natzi, so this should be fun.Tongue Tied

    I hadn't given this too much thought.  I'm having one shower back home and my parents friends are coming. 

    But for the one I'm having here I had only thought it would be my friends and close family (SILs/MIL/Mom)...I guess I should ask her if she wants to invite her friends. I'm having dinner with her tonight...thanks for posting this!

    Both!! It's more family for me though because TONS of my friends moved down south :(  There will still be some friends though, and my mom and MIL are only inviting a couple close friends. I am excited for it....mine is in April and will be here before I know it!
