One more thing about weight gain...

and then I'll try to move on.

Will removing your clothes when you weigh in actually change how much you've gained or lost?

Re: One more thing about weight gain...

  • One of the things I have learned from my years at weight watchers - clothes can weigh a lot.
  • Loading the player...
  • only if you turn around 3 times, and click your heals together twice.

    ;)

  • It depends on the clothes you are wearing. If I went to one appointment in a tank top, jeans and flip flops then went to another appointment two weeks later in sweat pants, two t shirts, hoodie, and boots on then I'm sure I would notice a difference in weight.

  • I've been told by a reliable source that Sam was joking.  I'm going to chose to believe this.

This does not change the weight you've actually gained...

Touche'. But most people only care about what the number on the scale says and not how much they actually gained. So they are being mislead by those pesky doctors and their scales.

This is why I close my eyes, plug my ears and scream when they take my weight.  :)

    I kid, I kid.
