I cant believe that Im still pregnant!

Well girls today marks 41 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Yesterday I had my membranes stripped and a dose of prostaglandin gel. I had cramps and contractions all afternoon but they stopped right around when I went to bed (10ish). Today I havent felt much of anything. I was surprised that I didnt wake up last night with contractions.

I guess we will see if anything develops tonight or tomorrow. If not, I go back in on Monday and they will assess to either do another gel treatment or start me on pitocin.

I still feel pretty good for the most part. Im just anxious to meet my son.

I was wondering about you!!! I also can't believe you are still pregnant! I hope the stripped membranes and gel work for you. I had contractions all day last Thurs, hardly anything on Friday, then went into labor on Friday night. Hopefully something similar will happen for you...tonight
