Just decided - I'm going to be a SAHM!

I am so happy! I think it's the right thing for our family. It wasn't an easy decision as I really like my job and it won't be easy financially but I think it's the best thing for us right now. Just wanted to share -- I'm just so relieved this big decision is behind us!

Also, any money-saving tips/coupon strategies/etc. are more than welcome!

That's awesome! I don't think there is anything wrong with moms who work, but I love being a SAHM, I think it's worth every penny I don't earn! LOL.

Shop around for car insurance...you can always get a better deal, cancel home services you don't use, shop at Aldi if you have one near you and plan meals before you head to the store.

Congratulations, I just decided that too! My daughter is going to be 5 months old and I went back to work, but have now given my notice and will start working from home with my own business in March! I'm so excited. Congratulations, welcome to the club!
