Ovadril shot - can you fill the Rx at reg. pharmacy (CVS)??

Do I need to order it from a special place or just swing by CVS? I went ot CVS and the pharmacy wouldn't tell me anything because I didn't have the Rx with me for the clomid or ovadril

thanks again!

  • Yes, but it's about $40 bucks more.

  • You might not be able to fill it at a local pharmacy, and your insurance might require you to use a specialty mail-order pharm--mine did. ?I could fill 1 trigger shot at a local pharmacy, according to my plan, and I literally called every drug store in my very large county, drove more than 25 miles, and got the last vial of the stuff in the county! ?Freedom Fertility is very fast & customer service is great!
  • I filled it at my local pharmacy before I was introduced to the pharmacy from my re. I did find that it wasn't always in stock so they would need a day or two to fill it. It's ALOT more expensive (if you're oop) getting it at the local pharmacy though.

  • I use Freedom Pharmacy for the Ovidrel shot. ?My RE said it is hit or miss if the pharmacist carries it and Freedom is much cheaper. ?I paid $44.25. ?Good luck!
