DD reverted back to old Abigail

at our friend's Superbowl GTG Angry And DH was NO help, in fact, he gives in to it. I try to tell him it's no coincidence that she handles these social events so much better when he's not there (perfect example just last weekend) but then it looks like we're arguing at our friends house. So, all around, I'm p*ssed off, both with DD & DH (he stayed, I brought monster home).

    Yep, she's pretty much going right to bed, because we're not friends right now.

    Ashley & Bryan - she gets major separation anxiety. Which sounds like something to feel sorry for, not get mad at, but it is SO draining. I basically can't peel her off me or DH the whole event & nobody can hear the TV while she constantly whines. It is so hard to deal with when all the other kids are having a blast. But, recently, I have learned not to give in to it or she turns it up more. DH, on the other hand, comes swooping in to pick her up & save her all the time. Totally makes it worse.
