Potato soup is seriously my favorite! and I made it tonight and forgot
how easy it is! So I'm sharing!
-cut up 6-8 large potatoes and cover with water (not too much, just
enough to cover them)
-add 2 tsp cut up onions
-add 2tsp salt
Cover until potatos are tender. Mash slightly and add 2 tblsp
butter. Cover with milk. Add quite a bit of cheese and bacon bits
(real kind not fake!) and stir!
EAT!
I think the whole thing took me about 20 minutes and YUM!!! soooo
good! I have enough for probably 2 more meals!
Also I actually put in too much water, so I never used any milk and it
tasted just as good!
Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever! Expecting again after IVF
