After you gave birth, after you "healed", did anyone here have scar tissue burned from their perennial?  They did this while I was under general anesthesia during my surgery on Wednesday because I was stitched up too tight?? after I gave birth.  They told me no nubicane on the area to keep it dry.  How did you take care of it and make it feel better?  It's like I gave birth all over again:(

    Ouch.  I would think the same things they suggest after birth to help it - sitz baths, etc.  But you should call the doc if you have questions.  I'm sorry you're sore.

    I had some extra tissue from overly aggressive healing or something like that.  They put silver nitrate on it, which hurt like HECK.  It really was just like the PP healing process all over again, but fortunately it was a lot faster and a smaller area so not as bad.

    Sorry you're still dealing with all that.  For me, it was the worst part of childbirth.
