Needle pains... :(

So I have been having sharp cramps all over my belly and into my back for the past 3 hours. There is some tightening but not much just sharp cramps. Would these be BH?

Sounds like gas. Def. not BH. BH your belly just gets hard as a rock for about 30 seconds and tehn releases.
