Babies: 9 - 12 Months

I'm thankful she sucks her thumb

I really am. She only started in the past few months, but I honestly am grateful. Especially this past week; she's sick and has been for over a week. She's miserable and wants to be held allllll day like she's a newborn. Couple this with DS sick and me not feeling great either. It has brought a small amount of sweet relief, at least.

  • I love it because it means I no longer have to cart pacifiers around with me.

  • I wish DS would suck his thumb
  • I love it that DD sucks her thumb too. I can tell a lot of things by it...if she's uncomfortable, hungry, tired, etc. Also, I think it's the most adorable thing ever. And I don't think it's going to be as hard of a habit to break like everyone adamantly tells me it will be. I sucked my thumb til I was like 8...I eventually stopped.
  • I love the thumb-sucking too, for so many reasons!
  • Ditto.  LOVE the thumb-sucking.
