Cramps

So I've been having cramps since the day I got my BFP, prior to that I was having some aching pain on my right side (near where my ovary would be). The pain went away for a day or two but now is back and is stronger. I looked back through previous posts and saw that a lot of you are also having cramps but my question is whether the right side pain is also normal. I feel as though it's too early for the pain to indicate an ectopic pregnancy. Anyone else having one sided pain?

    Does it hurt when you put pressure on it? I would call my doctor if I was you.

    I have minor pains all over besides just small AF-like cramps.  Occasionally, I'll get a pinching feeling on either side.  I don't really think much of it though... everything looked great at my u/s!  Once you have your u/s you can rest a little bit easier.  Smile

    I would call the doctor just to be safe. ?I think cramps are very normal, so I don't say this to scare you, ectopic pain could happen this early.

    I am about four weeks along and the same thing.  Cramps, and then on and off pain on the right side.  My mom was the same way, she thought she might have appendicitis, but it turned out that she was pregnant and everything was fine.   I guess I wouldn't worry unless it gets severe, that's my plan.  :)
