    I have the Medela PISA. ?I chose it because I knew I needed a good pump since I would need to pump at work. ?All of my friends who BF told me that Medela was the pump to buy.

    Not using it yet, but I bought the Medela Freestyle.  Pricy, but easy to figure out (so far) and there aren't as many parts as the other styles.

    I use Medela Lactina Plus (hospital grade) and a Lansinoh Double Electric (about $150!)  I also used a Medela Symphony Plus (another hospital grade) for a week.

    By far, my favorite is the cheap Lansinoh.  It's far more comfortable and I like that I can control both the speed and the suction (this is not possible with either Medela I've used).  As you can see by my sig, I've had lots of experience with pumping in the last 8 weeks.
