The only nausea I've felt so far was because of waiting to tell our parents when they were all in the same room. It was exciting, but I did say to DH that it was nice to have just the two of us know for a while. That's why we didn't really start to tell others until this week and next, because then everything is open to questions, etc. I kind of wanted to wait until co-workers just started to notice my bump! Good luck.
Because it's weird to infer to your parents that you and DH had lots of sex and now you're having a baby because of it. Also, for years and years as a teenager you were trying to keep from getting pregnant.. Sometimes it's a little weird to get into the "It's OK and totally acceptable and a wonderful thing that I'm pregnant" state of mind..
Especially since dh and I have been together since we were 18 (now we're 30). Maybe it is the sex thing. Dh is telling his parens first while I hide under the blanket.
Oh no, they'll approve. we're in a fine place for a baby. I kind of felt the same way when we told them we were engaged. I think sometimes I forget I'm that I'm not 17 anymore.

I know what you mean. I was nervous to tell them we were engaged as well!
lol, because it's finally admitting to your father that you're not a virgin?
I remember my brother explaining to me why my father was crying so much on my wedding day...."Because now he's sure, and everyone knows, that you've had sex."
Re: Why am I so nervous to tell parents?
Keep it to yourself for a few more weeks!
I was nervous to tell my parents because I didn't want them to know I was having sex. LOL. Even though I was married....
