One of my best friends my whole life (basically a brother to me) and his wife are going through the adoption process. He's wanted to be a father for at least 10 years and they've had a long road of infertility.
They just got a call that there is a two-week baby boy to be placed with a family as soon as possible. Their attorney is bringing their information and two other couples to the birth mom tonight for her to decide on a family.
PLEASE send some good luck vibes their way! Oh my god, I'm so nervous and excited for them!!!!!

About the mat - I think I got it on amazon. I would get one that has the bigger blocks and solid colors though. We don't always keep ours out and it's kind of a pain to put all the little squares together and the girls have already started pulling the pieces out.
