Should I call the doctor?

The past few days I've had some minor cramping, no bleeding or anything, just cramps.  My bump has gotten bigger over the past few days as well, so I'm thinking it may just be growing pains.  I would say they're like a 3 or 4 on scale of 1-10.  I don't know if I should call or not.....

    I always say there's definitely no harm in calling the doctor! It totally just sounds like growing pains/stretching, but if it would make you feel better to call then I say go right ahead!
