OMG not sure what is going on but my back is killing me today!

in 1st Trimester
Anyone elses back hurt.  I am not even big or really showing much at all besides bloat and my back has been hurting all day!  Anyone else.. anything for relief??

    I had a lot of back pain early on (4-6 weeks?) for some odd reason.  I think it's just our bodies changing so rapidly and doing so much inside, even though it looks like nothing on the outside.

    Just got my BFP today and have had af like cramps off an on and back pain all week!  Its like i'll do something like sudden movements and i'll get cramps for a min or two and they'll subside..but my back keeps hurting
    1 chemical and 1 loss at 9 weeks prior to DS
    IVF #1 1/10-transfered 2 blasts- DS born 10/2010

    Trying for # 2 since 2012.  2 failed FETS 1 failed IUI.
    IUI#2 4/14/14-- BFP !!!!! Beta #1 14dpiui= 45 Beta #2 16dpiui= 80  Beta #3 18dpiui= 88 (chemical pregnancy)
    March 2015- Chemical pg

    1/25/16- BFP  Beta1 12dpo = 17, Beta 2 14 dpo = 28.. resulted in one beautiful boy born 9/21/16 :)

    Now I'm a stay at home loving life and pursuing my love of photography!!!

    I was actually just reading about this today in The Pregnancy Journal.  Apparently it's caused by the joints connecting your hips to the back bone   loosening up.  I haven't experienced this yet but they said that it normally begins by or prior to 12 wks.  They said 50% of women feel back pain due to this.

    Interesting!  Thanks for the info!  I guess the loosening up is to get bigger!  Fun, as long as it all goes back! 

    Ya I never have back pain, so this has been weird!  Hope you don't get it.. I was like gosh if my back hurts this bad now how is it going to feel into the 30th week..

    Me too, going to go see a chiropractor that specializes in pregnancy. I'll let you know if it works

    PSA: If your back pain is higher up (middle of the back) you may need a more supportive bra.

    I had to buy new ones yesterday since I've gone up two cups sizes in the last three months. I won't scare you with how big I am, but I was a full C before I got pregnant. Oy!
