I've had a horrible headache for the past 4 weeks. I called my doctor and she thinks it is sinus related due to my symptoms (I have bad allergies and work at a filthy mildew/mold/dust infested school). She told me to try Tylenol "Sinus", so I went to Walgreens to purchase it. The pharmacist (who just so happened to be helping a customer in the cold medicine section) told me not to take it. He explained to me that one of the ingredients in the medicine was not safe for the baby. So, I left it and bought "Head On" instead (cheesy I know...but I'm desperate). Question is: Who's opinion should I value most: the pharmacist or the doctor's? Just want to hear some of your opinions.
Re: No to Tylenol "Sinus" med???
I value both the doc & the pharmacist's opinions. That being said. Try plain Sudafed (behind the counter) and Tylenol together. That has helped with my sinus headaches.
Also, I drink a glass of coke when I feel a really bad headache coming on-- it has helped.

Tylenol Cold and Sinus was on my list. I had a cold this week and tried it. It made me drowsy and loopy. One dose was enough for me. My poor coworkers just had to listen to me blow my nose for two days.
