We just found out today that DH has to take a 25% pay cut...well now with this pay cut, he is basically making the same amount each month that we pay for daycare ($2,400).
I mention that to him and asked him if he thinks he could stay at home with the kids. (We have two babies...21 mo and 7 weeks).
He didn't seem like it was even an option. I think it is crazy for him to work when he is making the same as daycare!!!
I make more (which is no big deal and has never been an issue with us). The kids are on my benefits plan and I could add him as well.
opinions?

DD #3 due May 17, 2014!!! Low lying placenta and DD measuring 1 week ahead at big u/s
My hubbie is going to stay home (same issue with daycare costs) and also is going back to school online. He is super excited about being the sole caregiver too (did I mention he was a Marine?). Its up to your husband...maybe its a masculinity issue for him. We still have to cut back our expenses still, however, because out west the grocery and utility costs are insane.
I'm not good at this site...What is a DH and DD? I assume the DH is something about husband, and the DD is the baby, but what do they stand for?
And how do you post pictures within your message?
