I have had such a horrible day today. At work today I had to get away for a little bit (which isn't easy at my job) and make a personal call to my doctor to get them to call into my pharmacy, something I need to start taking asap for my pregnancy and it was just such a pain. I don't have insurance at the moment (we're in the process, but we don't have it yet) and so I can't afford to go in for visits, etc. so I asked if they could just call it in for me without seeing me, etc. It seems simple but it was just a pain. I had to keep playing phone tag and no one knew the answers I was asking. I got a lot of "let me transfer you to" so and so, or "let me give you the number of so and so". Finally I was told that they will just have so and so call me back. I said to call me back after 3 when I get off. My phone has to be on silent at work, and I don't get out of there until 3:05, they had left me a voicemail at 3:04... of course!!!!
Then I get the lady to call in my prescription and I go to my pharmacy and they say they never recieved it. Blah blah blah long story short, I had to go back to the pharmacy counter like 3 more times before they finally had it for me.
Then I get home and see that our basement apartment stairway had been previously flooded b/c of a burt pipe or somthing. Our stranger neighbor found our spare key and let himself in to turn off the water (which you do from our apartment). Which he had to do since I wasn't home of course but it just creeps me out that he was in here without my husband and I being here. As soon as I saw that I just burst into tears. And I mean really burst into tears. Just barely was able to contain myself.
Thanks for letting me rant. Seriously. thanks I needed this, especially since my husband isn't home from work yet. Bleh.
Re: Having horrible day... need some bump support
Deep breaths.
I hope your night is better than your day.
Let out a big scream if you need to. I sympathize with you and hope tomorrow is wonderful for you. ::hugs::
I'm so sorry. I have gone through the same thing with doctors before (pre PG). In fact, I recently left my primary dr. b/c of the crapp like that they put me through. It's definitely harder when you're PG.
Relax and hopefully tomorrow will be better.
