  I have both. this is how I think they compare:

  The foofoos to me seem a bit thinner but are still just as absorbant as the super do (if not more so). Plus they don't have microfiber on them so they're all natural materials so there isn't as much issue with detergent build up. Also some people say hemp doesn't absorb as quickly as microfiber which is why the superdo has both, but the foofoos are made of hemp terry (I think) which doesn't seem to have the slow absorbancy issues.

  I've used 2 foofoos in my pockets overnight and that's enough absorbancy for me. (And the 2 foofoos are much thinner than 1 superdo). But I don't have a super heavy wetter so I don't know how that compares for people who do. Also, they're WAY less expensive.

  Can you tell I prefer the foofoos? I just wasn't excited by my superdo.

  SuperDo's have 6 layers of hemp terry and 2 layers of microfiber, and they're sewn in a "loop" so they dry quickly. Each side is 3 layers of hemp and 1 microfiber sewn together all around, then two of those are sewn together at the end.They come in 2 widths- 1G is 5" wide, 2G is 5.5" wide. A SuperDo is trimmer than 2 microfiber inserts, but way more absorbent.
  

  I haven't tried the FooFoo yet, but I don't think you can go wrong with either.
