I was rushed to the ER last night!

I was driving home from work and I felt a little wetness. I figured it was my just my period OFFICIALLY starting. I had been spotting on an off for a few days and the night before I had a good gush going so I was wearing a tampoon. NO OH NO it was much more than that now. I bleed through my jeans, tank top and sweater. I ended up parking my car and getting out and screaming for help. One of my neighbors was leaving for work and ended up calling 911 for me before I passed out. Yup totally black out. I came to when the ambulance was there. My downstairs neighbor was there by then too. It was insane. They took me in the ambulance and put me on an IV my blood pressure dropped.....it was utter insanity. I lost 700 cc's of blood (about a pint and a half) and passed a clot I swear was the size of a human liver. I was there from 3 till 1130 pm. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO to MC BOOOOOOOO!

OMG I am so sorry that you had to endure all of that pain. I am at a loss for words, I can't even imagine how scared you were/are. I am glad your neighbors were able to rush to your aide! Thank god someone was around, did someone call your hubby to let him know what was going on? Are you OK now?

THANKS LADIES. I'm doing well right now, trying to take it easy. It was surely a wake up call. I called Dh when I looked down and saw the amount of blood coming so he knew to meet me at the hospital. THANK GOD. I was so scared. My birthday is Sat. All I can remember is asking God not to let me go this way. Bleeding freaking sucks. I lost sound for a moment and then it just went dark. I'm ok now. They told be lots of fluids and to stay relaxed. My downstairs neighbor just called to see if I wanted her to bring dinner home for us. ( she works in a diner) HOW CUTE IS SHE!! Dh went out and bought both ladies flowers. I wrote a Thank You card. I think I'm in a little bit of shock still that I came really close to bleeding to death.
