Kinda dumb question re preschool

If Grady is two going on three, do you think he would be in the 2 yr old classroom or the 3year old classroom? I'm so confused... haha!

ETA- this is for preschool starting in August '09

    Our preschool uses the real school rules, so they have to be that age by Aug. 30th. ? ?He would be in the 2 year classroom next year going by that, but I am guessing it can vary from school to school.
