Pain in right side of stomach!

in 1st Trimester
SO on my way to work this morning I suddenly got this annoying pain in the right side of my lower stomach (not in abdomen near ovaries).  It's coming and going...and I can pinpoint exactly where it is and I'm concerned.  I called Kaiser and the Head nurse at the OBGYN is supposed to call me, but I was just wondering if any of you have felt a similar pain?  I already went to the bathroom and still no relief.  Not sure what to do right now.  Crying

    I have, and I think it's round ligament pain -- from what I read online it's more common to feel it on the right side of your body. It reminds me a bit of o-pains, which is weird.

    I have it too, I actually spoke with the nurse at my office today, and they were not concerned. It started yesterday, and is just a constant mild pain.

    I have a cyst on my left ovary, so they said it could be referred pain from that, or it could be normal growing pains.?

    Her advice was to keep a close watch on it, and of course if it gets worse call back, otherwise she said there is nothing they would do at this point.

    If you haven't had an u/s yet however, you need to call the Dr. so they can rule out an ectopic. They have already done one on me, so it was ruled out.?

    Sounds like Round Ligament pain.  I've had it since Sat.
