  Very cute!  Is it a pic of your DD?

  I also wanted to ask you....I thought you mentioned that you bring your DD to work with you?  I bring my kids with me too!  For some reason, that popped into my head the other day.  Sorry if it's not you!

  JW - yep, she comes to work with me! I work for my FIL and it's just me, him and our estimator. It works out wonderful and one day a week she get to go to MIL's for the day.

  I work with my dad, his grandfather started the business.  We work out of a house in my town's downtown area (my sister lives upstairs).  So, there is plenty of room for the kids and their stuff.  They do go to my parent's house 2 days/week too.  I think it's funny to learn there are others who do what I do with their kids!
