MIL JUST left

I need a drink.  My god I have never heard I was doing so much wrong.  AND I was ignored when I told her how we do things.  Then she had to burp him 6 times in a feeding because she wasnt sitting him up enough or patting hard enough so he lost interest in eating.  Now I am going to have to feed him early and throw everything off watch.  grrrr.  god help me when we are at her house for 2 days.  The only thing that may help her survive that weekend is the fact that she works that weekend.  I need a drink and fast.

    Don't you know, she did it that way with ALL of her kids! Wink (that's what my MIL said each time I told her, we do it this way).

    Drink away my dear!  I think I drank two bottles of wine (not all at once) while my MIL was here!

    Glad to hear you are alive and that she is gone! Sadly, my MIL lives only 40 minutes away and is always wanting to come over and help and dh likes saying yes. The problem with that is, he gets to leave and go to work while I am here all day with her. I love my MIL don't get me wrong and she can be very helpful, but silence is never an option and I like things done my way. DH was just saying tonight when he got home from work that he wants to sign up for more overtime at work to get more cash flow. I am totally fine with that, however, he feels bad leaving me with the girls by myself for so long, so he wants his mom to come over at least one day a week to help me out. I think I get more stressed when she is here then when I am on my own. Ok, I will be done with my little vent otherwise this will become the story that never ends.?
