Ok, so I was SO pissed when they wouldn't honor the price and that the lady had been SO rude with me when she called.
So I called the store the next day and simply asked for the owner's name and the best way to get ahold of her. They gave me her direct email. I wrote a very well put email if I may say so myself (actually my sister helped me and she did awesome!) stating what happened and why I thought it was wrong, and that there needs to be another resolution yadda yadda yadda.
well, the owner wrote me back right away and said, "I will take care of it today. I apologize this happened. It was our pricing mistake I have no problem honoring the price. I would expect the same."

AMAZING!!! I am so excited and so happy she saw it my way.
So let it be known that www.ellabellakids.com is a great place to shop again

I would recommend their site for anyone looking for baby supplies!

Good to hear. I need to do some shopping for a co-worker's shower, and that was one of the places they had registered. I had hesitated to purchase anything...

yes, the owner was a much better representation of their company. The manager or whomever she was, was just plain rude and made their store look awful. I am VERY happy things are going through with the price I was quoted on my confirmation email!
