I eat one bowl (because I need to leave room for all the other things I want to eat!!) and it's either Cherios, Raisin Bran, or Oatmeal. But I'm thinking it's time for some Frosted Flakes and Fruit loops! I'm over this healthy thing!!!
Ummm- Since I am a big kid... This week I have been eating trix. I also have a box of fruity pebbles. Sometimes, if I am feeling really healthy- I will eat raisen brand... But I like the sweet kiddy cereals...
My birthing class is HUGE on upping protein, so I eat instant oatmeal made with milk instead of water - one packet with milk gets me about 12 grams. I know it's not the kind of cereal you're talking about, though.
Funny...I never used to eat cereal, but now that I am pregnant I have to have it every day! Always one bowl...but I could go for anything, really. Golden Crisp, Cheerios, Alphabits, Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes...yum!

I love Strawberry or Blueberry Cheerios! I usually just eat one bowl and if I'm still hungry then I follow it up with a low fat Yogurt or some fruit.
One bowl of plain Special K with slices of banana in it. Yum!
I don't eat cereal everyday, though.
1 bowlof kashi. I really like the shredded wheat squares in cinnamon, but I also like the wheat flakes with blueberry clusters
