Painful letdown

M is now 6 1/2 weeks old and I'm still having stinging sensations when I have letdown. I know I had it when I was nursing before but I don't remember when it went away. Do you think it has anything to do with my oversupply and forceful letdown issue too?

I feel the tingle too - I wasn't sure if it was let down related because I often feel it on both sides and sometimes just when kiddo cries. I have a heavy let down also but not sure if that's related either.

I think the pain at letdown went away around 2 months. I can still feel letdown almost every time I nurse, but it's not painful anymore.
