Nanny share with twins?

We are starting to look into nanny options and several people have brought up nanny shares. I don't have much experience with babies, but it seems like it would be really hard to have a nanny share with infant twins.

Have any of you done a nanny share while your babies were under a year old? If so, what age was the other child?

Even if you haven't done it- what are your thoughts? I feel so clueless!

    My nanny takes care of my two relatively well-behaved babies and brings her 4 year old daughter along.

    I think any 3rd child younger than that would be very difficult. ?My nanny is pretty much superwoman, but I can tell that she has days where she has her hands very full.?
