just requested my box from carters-tagless tags

I had saved all my clothes from ds for baby #2 but after seeing the pics online i wouldn't feel safe taking a chance with baby #2.  The customer service rep was very nice and the process was easy.  They are sending me a postage paid envelope tomorrow!

    Did you tell them that you hadn't experienced a rash yet that you didn't want to chance it?  I've thought about doing the same thing but I'm afraid since DS didn't get a rash they'll say touch luck.  I'd hate for another kid to get a rash because I was a wimp and didn't call and was cheap and saved my clothes.

    yup...i was totally honest.  I called and said that I was calling about the tagless tags.  I reported that I had a bunch of shirts and onesies saved that I had used with my son but was now afraid to use with my second child who is on the way.  That's pretty much verbatim.  She was very kind.  No questions asked.  i think it is safe to assume that since i was saving them I hadn't experienced any horrific burns or rashes with my first child.

    Their policy right now is no questions asked.  From what I understand they are trying very hard to avoid a recall and they have just been slapped with a lawsuit over it.
