Baby screeches

I'm working from home today and the nanny share is at my house. It sounds like there are tropical birds or monkeys in the house...both babies are screeching up a storm! It's hilarious and I'm dying to go downstairs to check out the action but don't want to stir things up.

    I would have loved to have checked it out...but for the past 2 mornings when I've left E with the nanny she has cried and cried. Not sure if she's starting to experience some separation anxiety or if it's teething or some other mysterious baby thing, but I didn't want to risk starting the crying up again.
