My boss and my agency's Secretary both signed off on my proposed maternity schedule of three months off, followed by nine months of part-time, three-day-a-week work!

Now, we just cross our fingers that the Gov's office signs off...

And, what with family volunteering to help with daycare, it looks like we may not need to pay for it until I return to work full-time. YAY!

I was off 3 1/2 months and went back to work 3 days a week Tues-Thurs. It makes for some long days on the days I work, but I LOVE the arrangement. It gives me the necessary "professional" time, while I still get to be my daughter's primary caregiver. I hope it works out for you!
