Hematologist recs for MTHFR??

Anyone see a hematologist/internal medicine MD for MTHFR?  I just found out I have heterozygous MTHFR C677T mutation and my OB referred me to Dr. Petryk at MN Oncology Hematology Associated in Maplewood.  Just wondering if anyone has seen a hematologist for this and would you recommend them?  TIA

    I work for a hematologist.  Dr. Mark Reding.  He's a UofM doc, but the center he is affliated with is fairview.  It's the Center for Bleeding and Clotting Disorders.  Our number is 612-626-6455.  Dr. Reding is a wonderful doc.

    Thanks for the recommendation.  I checked with my insurance and Dr. Reding is in the 2nd tier network, just like Dr. Petryk is....so, since I'm paying more out of pocket anyways, I'm gonna see what I think of Dr. Petryk next Monday.  If I don't like him, I will definitely be giving Dr. Reding's office a call!  Thanks so much!!

    I have MTHFR and I see Dr. Petryk. I really like him.  Who is your OB?

    My OB is Dr. Andreson at Adefris & Toppin in Woodbury.  I really liked Dr. Petryk as well.  He answered all of my questions.  I'm just waiting for my blood results now.
