I saw in you post earlier that you mentioned you were in Boston. What can you tell me about the Children's Hospital there? DS is going to be sent to another hospital in the near future, just waiting on the test results to come back. The drs are trying to decide if Cincinnati Children's or Boston Childrens will be a better fit. thanks for any info you have...

i really liked boston children's, though i wasn't there with my son. i was there when i worked with disabled kids in a residential home and we had to take a couple kids in.
they were very good with the girl i was taking care of, which was no easy task.
the specialists who came over from children's to beth israel to the NICU to do stuff with jack were awesome too - very gentle, very knowledgeable about how to be with micropreemies and good at explaining to parents too, which is important as well.
plus, there are a ton of very good hospitals in the longwood area in boston so i felt very safe knowing that no matter what jack needed, there was a specialist very close.
