Once the girls outgrow their DSNG, I would like to have a light weight double stroller that I can easily throw in my car (because the Bumbleride most certainly is NOT light weight and barely fits!). What do you reccomend?
We have a Maclaren Twin Triumph. It lacks a lot of bells and whistles (no snack trays, minimal storage), but it is very lightweight, packs up very small, and is easy to manuever.

We had the exact same problem like 2 weeks ago (I needed the stroller ASAP to take them to daycare). So we went to BuyBuy Baby to look at some. We looked at Maclaren Twin Triumph, Combi Twin Savvy and City Mini double. We ended up getting the city mini (which is not the smallest of the 3 by a long shot) because of its super easy fold. The Maclaren folds the smallest like an umbrella single stroller and it is the lightest, however it didn't have much in the way of the actual stroller seats, so since it is very cold here, I didn't want the girls to be exposed to that much wind. It is also much easier to maneur, but it is NOT cheap! (We had a gift certificate, so it ended up costing us about $300, but I think the original price is $399, Maclaren is $240 and Combi is about the same). I hope this helps.
i really like our combi twin sport. or is it savvy? i cant' remember. but i did see the combi twin sport at BRU has cupholders. mine does not. if i could do it again, i'd get the one with those (for the kids).
My twins arent' here yet but I really like my City Mini Double so far. My older son adores it. The fold is super easy and I've never seen canopies that are so big and versatile. It is also very lightweight (surprisingly lightweight, in my opinion)--feels like it weighs as much as my single Chicco Cortina.
