45 minutes the first time, 4 minutes the second time ( he had lots of fluid in his stomach and lungs from not spending too much time getting it smooshed out in the birth canal, though...but the four minutes of pushing was cool!
#1 was 3.5 hours (my epidural was too good and I had a hard time feeling it.)
#2 was about 20 minutes (?) I got to the hospital fully dilated and there wasn't time for an epidural. If given the chance, I'd probably do this again. Yes it was hard b/c they wouldn't let me push until the doc arrived, but once she got there the pushing was a lot easier.
It would have been longer with my second if they hadn't had to suck her out. =o( My contractions never got closer than 3 minutes apart for some reason. She was having trouble and needed to be out. Thank God they knew what to do! ?
3.5 hours with Ethan, 1 push with Bella, and only a push or two with Maile (that part of my delivery I don't remember, so am only basing it off of what my husband and midwife told me)
Re: Poll: Mom's who have delivered vaginally more than once...

#1: almost 2 hours
#2 20 minutes
#1: 15 minutes
#2: 50 minutes (he was "sunny side up" and had his head completely turned to one side --with one ear facing up, so he was harder to get out)
2.5 hrs
45 mins?
2+ hours with my first and using a vacuum.
15 mins or less with the second!!
#1--47 minutes
