What's the bike attachment called

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months
that goes behind an adult bike, kind of looks like a mini-camper?  I think they're most often yellow, and kids can ride reclining or sitting up in it.  And how old does DD have to be to ride in one?  Thanks; I've been looking on rei.com but I can't find it anywhere!

    They have to be old enough to hold their head up with a helmet on, so usually a little older, over 1? The helmets are heavy and you don't want their head to flop around.
