Yeah, but Nora will only be 7.5 months, so she probably won't care, haha. She doesn't need as much to entertain her at this point. She'll probably enjoy the wrapping paper more than anything. But it is more fun to shop for my 2-year-old knowing that she's going to be so excited! =o)?
But for my younger I got an old fashioned cash register, a pretend camera (with 24 animal photos), a doll bath (for my girl after having a boy!), and a stacker toy that we didn't already have.
My son has tons of generic toys which is definitely part of the challenge.
Have you gotten any music stuff? That is timeless and ageless. We have the Parents magazine Drum and music set from Target which my 20 month old LOVES right now (she loves to sit ON it as well as play with the instruments.)
Most of DD's baby toys are pretty unisex and DS got more hand-me-down clothing than I can use so just doesn't need anything. When DD was 5 mos old her first Christmas, we didn't buy her anything and just let the grandparents spoil her since she didn't know the difference anyway.
Honestly, I wouldn't buy anything for DS but I want him to have things under the tree to "unwrap" or I think DD would be very upset (or thing Christmas is all about her!).?

Yes, but DS will only be 5 mos by then.
