Actually up early enough to watch the Macy's parade

I don't think I've been up early enough to watch the Macy's parade since I was a kid. And to think that sleeping in until 6:30 this morning was a treat, since she's usually up at 5:30.

    DS got up at 5 this morning but he miraculously STTN so I didn't mind. I feel like it should be lunch time...

    We're up. DS woke up at 7, which is sleeping in for him (he's usually up by 5:00). I feel like I watched the parade last year, too, but I probably didn't catch it from the beginning.

    The hotel stops serving breakfast at 9 am and I wanted to avoid the rush.  I missed the part but caught from Tom the Turkey on.
