It's not a tumor, it is just my child stuck to my leg, who won't play on his own for even 5 minutes for the last week and a half and is driving me NUTS!  What is going on?  Anyone else feel like their happy independent child has just switched into needy needy little one!!!???????

That's not encouraging. My DD cries anytime I walk out of the room, I was hoping it would get better

Yes, I freaked out a bit.

DS was like that for a few days and has gotten better for the most part.  Sometimes he won't even let me play next to him on the floor.  He needs to be on top of me!

DD went through that a lot.  It seemed like whenever she was about to reach a milestone she would get really clingy.  She's a lot better now.  She barely wants me near her!
