back from ER...again! Transplant will be done next Friday!

Well she woke up still in pain so I took her back to the ER this afternoon. Finally got a diagnosis.....she's backed up with lots of gas too. The poor thing had to have an enema. We did that at home...she did it herself...poor thing was so embarrassed. She is feeling a bit better now though thank god.

We are doing the kidney transplant next Friday...my BIL has gotten alot worst and can not wait much longer. We are going to NYC on Monday to meet with the surgeon and do pre-ops....Then we are going back down on Thursday after work and check in the hospital on Friday at 4am.

This kinda puts a damper on my holiday shopping and baking but alot of people have offered to help with the shopping and stuff. Not sure what I'm gonna do about the baking...Maybe I can do some just a week before christmas.

I hadnt heard about your daughter until now. Im glad she is ok.

Im will keep your family in my prayers in the next few weeks. Im so glad that you are able and willing to do this for your BIL.

Dont worry so much about the shopping. Online shopping is a lot of fun too. Plus you get to stay in your pjs and dont have to fight the crowd and listen to other peoples kids scream and watch as they misbehave as their parents ignore them.

As for the baking....you will be able to do plenty of that after you recover. A lady I go to church with donated her kidney to her son and she healed very fast.
