Is a V Flash to old for a 4 y.o.?

Big Lots has the V Flash system on sale for $18, and it's selling at Target for something like $69. Anyway, AJ REALLY wants video games for Christmas. The system is for kids ages 6 and up, and maybe I am a little biased, but I think she could handle it. There are Sponge Bob, Barbie and Nemo games, could it really be that hard, or am I just off my rocker?
