Gift ideas for 4-5 yo girl?

My niece will be 4 1/2 yo this Christmas.  I know she got a lot of dolls last year before her baby sister was born.  We got her a dollhouse for her birthday in May.  She has an art easel.

My brother lives in a small house, so I don't want to get anything too big.

I don't know what our price range is... kind of depends on if I get offered a job soon.

I agree with PP, crafts are good.  I always wanted clothes when I was young (and still do!).  Maybe a pretty dress or outfit?  That can be cheap or expensive!

Maybe I could find some dress up clothes.  I know she wanted them last year.  I could get a couple outfits and then some accessories from the Target $1 spot.

This weekend, I saw some dress up clothes on JCP's website. I want to say it was something like 5 dress up outfits for $24.99. That would be a really cool gift.

I am in the same boat......I have NO idea what to get AJ for Christmas!
