450 for 12 minutes (as per my favorite cookbook "How to Cook Everything"). Also, make sure to line with foil, then put rice or dried beans or something else on it to weight it down or it will bubble up and be all weird! Sounds yummy!
I make my own pie crust and if I need to pre bake it for a pie, I do 350 degrees until golden brown. Poke a few holes in the bottom with a fork, or weigh it down with pie beads or dry beans so that it doesn't bubble up. Check it every few minutes and pop any bubbles with a fork.
