How much for babysitter xmas gift?

Our sitter used to be DS's nanny (one day a week), but now only occassionally sits for us - maybe 2-3 times a month. We really like her, and she is always great/can come on short notice, etc. I was going to give her cash or an AMEX gift card for a Christmas gift - how much would you do?

I guess it depends on how much you feel like you can afford. If money isn't a concern I'd say $100 since she has been with you for a while.
