Fisher price loving family doll house?

We are thinking of getting for Pres for Christmas.  Will it be on sale?  It is not in any of the BF ads I have seen.  Boo!  Is the stuff in the ad the only stuff on sale?  I am assuming this would be a good gift, so it would be in the ad if it were on sale. 

Also - any reviews?  Good, bad, ugly?

its a great house though regardless...my daughter plays with it at her grandmothers all the time

I think Benny's had it on sale this week and I know TRU had it on sale about a week ago.  I was looking at it for dd.  We ended up getting her the one at Target.  She like the stairs in that one (weird but that's what she said).  I guess she's fasinated with stairs, lol.  I think the Fisher Price doll house will get a lot of use.
