I've read before that pineapple core aides in implantation. I am trying to research it, but keep finding conflicting info. Just wondering if anyone has tried it? Or ,have any useful info about it?
The core of the pineapple contains bromeline, which is theorized to aide in implantation.
I did eat pineapple with a bit of core still on it after ovulation, the month I got my BFP. I probably had about half a cup to a cup every day or every other day or so for about 10 days after ovulation. But then again, I also ate it the 2 months previous to my BFP month. Sooooo.... who knows. I figured it couldn't hut and I LOVE pineapple, plus can buy it at Costco for super cheap, so what did I have to lose.
I love pineapple so when I heard that bit about helping implantation, I ate it every day after I ovulated for about a week. I forgot the cycle I got my BFP so the only time I didn't eat it was when I got my BFP.

During the months leading up to BFP, I was taking a natural supplement called Quercetin with Bromelain to help with my asthma/allergies. I got my BFP within two months of trying. I can't prove it helped, but I also can't disprove it.
The month I got my bfp I cut one up and cut the core into five pieces and made a smoothie out of a piece a day. ?Not sure if it helped, but it certainly didn't hurt!
