I just signed onto the boards and was catching up on posts and saw your's about the bar exam.  I'm sending extra extra good vibes your way starting now until tomorrow night!!  You were me exactly 3 years ago when i found out (I am licensed in CA too Geeked)

    Thanks, Nanceroo! I am FREAKING OUT! The nightmares I have been having are insane... Man! I also don't feel like I could have possibly passed... The stats are just so not in my favor... Still, positive vibes, positive vibes...

    the worst part is waiting!!  and whose bright idea was it to release the scores right before thanksgiving - wtf?!?!?  They do that every year.

    also, from what i remember, i hope they have doen some major improvements on the connections to their website -- i wasn't able to log in and get my results until almost 6:30 b/c everyone was trying to log in ...

     are you finding out alone?  with DH? or with other law school friends (brave!)?

    (Butting in)  Oh wow, good luck!!  I took my dental board exam during first tri and vomited a couple times during the test... second tri is a much better time to take important exams!  I'm sure you will do great.

    Oh, I know... It's bad enough Cal has such a low pass rate... Then they break the news RIGHT before Thanksgiving. Argh!

    Tomorrow I am taking a half day, then going for my 1-hour glucose test (yeah, what else do I have to do), and then heading home... I will be finding out with my DH and my best friend from law school, who I know passed...

    Weird question: Do you think I could pass with a mediocre MBE score, so-so essay scores and good PTs? Ha ha!

    you're going to PASS!!  they never tell you the breakdown for scoring though when you pass ... i know -- everyone always thinks that their weakest portion was the MBE -- that's b/c it's so damn tricky!  i felt the same as you!  weakest on MBE, ok on essays and best shot at doing well on PT.  I forget, the MBE is weighted a little more than the essay and PT portions?
